ONE DAY PARAGLIDING PILOT
Adventure Plan Tenerife, invite you to join us in this paragliding course that is designed as an introduction to the sport of Paragliding. During this course you will be introduced to the paragliding equipment, basic ground school, and take your first small flights.
The goal of this paragliding course, with Adventure Plan Tenerife, is to get your feet off the ground and give you the ability to make an educated decision as to whether or not the sport of paragliding is for you. .
If you decide to continue with your paragliding training, the introductory course fee will be applied towards the Begginners course fee. All equipment is supplied for this course. (Paraglide, harness and Helmet).

Take the control !
Adventure Plan Tenerife offers you the possibility to take the control of one paraglide by yourself, during 2 hours you will be introduce to control the glider on the ground and you will fly for your first time. The paragliding is the easiest and funest way to fly!.

2. Paragliding Ground School and Learn to Fly

Also Adventure Plan Tenerife offers you a fantastic Learn to Fly Tandem flight. During around 20 minutes you will take the control in flight of the glider.

PARAGLIDING SCHOOL BEGGINERS
BEGGINER Level 1
Be a Bird!
The Begginer Level 1 course will start out as the 1 day Intro Course, then continue on to develop your skills and knowledge.
The training process takes around 3-4 lessons depending on weather conditions, to start with your first flight. When the conditions allow, we fly as much as possible.
You will generally get in at least four hours for each lesson day.
The course will also include at least 8 hours of comprehensive ground school on paragliding flight, weather, reserve parachutes, equipment, risk management and other related topics. Also you will enjoy at least 1 Learn to Fly tandems flight.

BEGGINER Level 2
Although the course will include the use of equipment, it is preferable that you purchase your own equipment as soon as possible. If you want to start with Begginer Level 2 you should get your own equipment. This will make the training process easier and makes the transition into solo flying smoother.
We offer the best prices in Tenerife to get your own equipment. You should expect to spend close to 2500 -3000 € on equipment, a glider, harness and reserve. If you don’t have the budget for new equipment, you can talk to us about options for used gear, which we sometimes have available, or we can help you find the correct size and level.
